AIReal Yoga™

AIReal Yoga™ is a form of yoga that uses a hammock that swivels freely on a single point to take your yoga practice to a higher level. It allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment, and move more freely into and out of poses.

Class Descriptions

Hot Yoga

We use a high quality heating system with infrared heat panels for our hot classes. These panels use radiant heat instead of forced air heating, making them unique in that they will first heat objects instead of heating the air around us. This makes for an easy-to-breathe environment with the detoxifying benefits of a heated class.

Enjoy sun-like warmth that gently heats up our bodies.

Benefits can include increased blood circulation that helps rid the body of toxins.

No emission of dust or allergens, so air stays clean and easy to breathe.

Flow Yoga

Vinyasa style practice is all about the connection between synchronized breathing into and out of poses.

The principles and foundations of sun salutations will be explored.

Learn how to breathe your way through foundational poses.

Focus on alignment and how to build into more advanced poses.

Challenge your practice no matter how new or experienced you are to yoga.

Gentle Yoga

Choose between gentle flow classes and restorative and calming therapeutic classes that help tone the body while also releasing any physical and mental tension. We also have a balance of both with our Yang & Yin classes.

Calm the heart rate, stretch the body, and leave feeling restored.

Use props like blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to help find the ultimate state of relaxation.

Try A Massage

Our resident massage therapist, Jessica Meikrantz, LMT provides massage therapy in our private massage room. Jessica offers a variety of massages to suit your needs including Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage.


Private Instruction

Several Sparks Instructors offer private instruction whether you want 1-on-1, individualized yoga class or a small private group session. Sparks offers a small private room, and our main yoga and AIReal room are available when class scheduling permits.
